Phase Two

We have LOVED LOVED starting Sassy Pose and we are so grateful that you love Sassy Pose as much as we do. We have put so much love and thought into each and every product. We have had such a great time shopping for all our Sassy Pose products. We said from the beginning that we are only going to sell things that we personally would buy and wear.

In our personal lives, we started noticing how expensive everything has become. Shopping for clothes that are tasteful, modest, inexpensive, and CUTE has become such a hard feat! We starting thinking that we want to be able to provide great clothes at a great price... we decided to get a little taste of what it would be like to sell some cute tops.

In our recent order, we decided on these three tops to start with, just to see what the reaction would be...

So far we have had an AMAZING response to these tops, we are getting really excited! We are so happy to provide these great tops at such great prices!

Now that we have gotten a taste for clothes, and you guys love it just as much as the rest of our products, we are taking the idea and running!

We recently started corresponding with Shade Clothing to find out more about becoming retailers for their clothing line. If you haven't heard of Shade, it is a great line of modest, tasteful clothes based out of Utah, and they have great prices! Just up our ally!

So we want to see how our beloved customers would respond to some new clothes, we want to start out with some basic T's and tanks until we get a feel for what you want. So look forward to those options coming soon!

The Bachelor has style!

So I was veggin out and watching The Bachelor last night when I noticed one of the girls competing for the Texan pilot Jake's attention was wearing our Trista Owl Necklace! I got that feeling of knowing someone famous when you see somebody you know on TV or something like that. I always notice accessories when I'm watching TV because I like to see different people's style. So it caught my eye and I thought 'that's cute'. THEN...wait...rewind...it's the exact same necklace that we sell!

I wish I could say that she got it from Sassy Pose and I would totally believe that she did except it's a new product and we all know that the show was taped months ago. I have no idea where else they sell them but that was a bright spot in Sassy Pose's day. It IS a way cute necklace AND it was my favorite girl on the show that was wearing it! Now I hope she wins even more. Just thought I'd share...

NEW STUFF!!!

SASSY POSE has tons of new stuff for all you little Sassies to order/pick up! We added some shirts to get the apparel section started. They are cute, classy and inexpensive! We also had such a great response about the Aimee boots that we now offer them in Black. And of course we added new nacklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings. So much cute stuff!

Just a thought...

I thought everyone thought the same way about this subject...but I'm seeing that's not so. I once heard this tip in a Jessica Simpson interview and I have lived by it ever since. :) Always wear a balance of fitted and baggy. Don't wear both one way or the other. This only applies if you are wearing at least one fitted or one baggy piece. If you are just wearing a casual jeans and a t-shirt it doesn't apply.

For example: you got some really cute but really tight skinny jeans...wear a baggier boyfriend tee or chunky sweater and cute accessories. If you matched a fitted top you would look TOO fitted, tight and uncomfortable.

And other way around...if you have a fitted top, that is the time to wear your bigger wide leg jeans or a flowy skirt..something like that. Don't ever wear a big chunky sweater AND big boyfriend jeans ..that can look sloppy.
